Ready to Care for You
Dr. Edwards, aka “Dr. Annie” loves supporting families long-term by helping care for infants through adolescents. She feels that primary care pediatrics is the luckiest place to practice medicine due to its holistic approach and uniquely interesting patients. She enjoys integrating prevention and lifestyle medicine with medical treatments when needed.
Dr. Annie did her undergraduate at BYU, medical school at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC, and her residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Dr. Edwards has been practicing as a board-certified pediatrician in Bountiful since 2015.
Her medical interests include finding creative solutions to real-world challenges, acute and chronic illnesses, injuries (lacerations, fractures, abscesses), infectious diseases, asthma, ADHD, autism, well checks/sports physicals, anxiety and depression, integrative care, dermatology, travel medicine, and nutrition.
Outside of work, she is a mom to four amazing kids, an obsessive reader, a mediocre runner, and a nature-lover who alternately loves/hates cooking.
Gina Capps has been a member of Busy Bee Pediatrics, formerly Dr. Coombs Pediatrics since 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah. Prior to joining our team, Gina worked at

Adam Johnson is a Davis County native. From an early age his dream job was to work with kids in pediatric medicine. He graduated from Woods Cross High in 2000 and went on to attend Weber State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a registered nurse. Adam then received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
He met his future wife, Paula, while serving together on a Spanish speaking LDS mission in Anaheim, CA. They have three amazing kids named Emma, Gavin and Jett, as well as a goldendoodle named Cap (short for Captain America). When Adam isn’t at work, he enjoys putting Action Hero puzzles together and has a mosaic of glued puzzles on the walls of his garage. His other interests include reading the classics, running, hiking, biking, collecting and building all types of Legos, and especially spending time with his family. He loves working with his kids on new creations in his special Lego Room in the basement of his Centerville home and even brings his Lego creations to work for his patients to enjoy! His patients call him Dr. Adam.
